Nice looking and Quick to Install Mailbox
I like that the door is easily opened from either side. The back door for the lower slot does not shut quite all the way, so we put a small Velcro strip on it and it works fine. Much nicer looking than the old metal box. The instructions were clear and understandable.

Great product and a fair price
Great product and a fair price. The beige one that was here when I bought my house 5 years ago had been here for a very long time and wasn't in bad shape at all, but I wanted a black one. These mailboxes area all over the place here in Virginia and always look pretty good compared to the metal ones that get dented and rusted, and this mailbox has a built-in newspaper slip and rear door mail access, too. It goes over a 4x4 wood post easily if you have the right length post. I would definitely recommend this product.

and option rear entry make it perfect for getting mail and small parcels out of BOTH ...
Since having installed this mailbox in April, we've seen an uptick in smiling postal carriers and envious passers-by. It's sleek lines, streamlined design, and option rear entry make it perfect for getting mail and small parcels out of BOTH sides. The flag goes both up AND down effortlessly. Add a coat of Turtle Wax or Rain Ex and this thing sheds water like nobody's business. I like the municipal snow plow drives just try and take this baby out this year (it can easily be removed from it's mounting post). Fat chance, suckers (no really, thanks for all you do). Here's a haiku: Please buy this mailbox Envious neighbors will swoon Check the mail in style

Great mailbox
Nice looking mailbox, love the convenience of getting the mail from the back and not having to step in the road anymore. It was easy to install, just buried a 4”x4” until only 2 ft of it was above ground. Slipped the mailbox over the post and put everything together. My neighbor liked mine so much he had us to order one for him.

Saving Mailmen/women!
After the local post office had stopped delivering my mail because my mailbox was 3" too low, I went on the hunt for new one. I saw this one on Amazon.com and I was immediately blown away! The letter compartment was big enough for letters of varying shapes and sizes. It had a well crafted red flag to get the mailman/woman's attention. But, the real kicker was its ease of construction. It just slipped right over the post where the pesky too-low mailbox used to be. Now the mailman/woman doesn't need to reach slightly lower than the bottom seal of their vehicle's window to place mail! I just saved them the aggrivation of having to reach at a slightly less than horizontal angle!! Now I can receive mail again! Thanks Amazon!!

Not pretty but they sure are tough!
I bought this as a replacement for the Trimline version of this same mailbox, because I wanted a larger mailbox. The Trimline had held up well so I knew what I was getting with this one. Easy to install, especially since I had already sawed off my old post. These mailboxes aren't the prettiest around but they take a beating. Some vandals ripped my old Trimline off the post and knocked the top apart, but they left the pieces in the yard across the street and I just put it all back together and back on the post. Vandals blew up a cherry bomb inside my old Trimline and all it did was scorch a little place inside. Tough mailboxes!!

No painting necessary mailbox
Relatively easy installation over a pre-existing mailbox base. Looks attractive as one drives by. It also has a door on the back, so you don't have to walk around to the front and get even wetter feet. Don't forget the headline.

Great mailbox
This is the 3rd time I have bought this mailbox. I lost the first one to a drunk driver wreck. The 2nd one was hit by someone trying to drive a large RV down my narrow road. I ordered a different one that would get here faster than this model but after taking it out of the box and seeing the inferior quality compared to this I sent it back and got the one I knew would be good. I hope Step2 never discontinues this one incase I loose another mailbox.

A nice home for bills
After my neighbor ran over my last mailbox I got this one. I do not regret it. The magnetic enclosures on the doors hold fast. I wish the bolts/screws that came with it were colored to match, but nothing a touch of Plasti-Dip couldn't fix. I'm a little upset it doesn't sort out the junk mail and bills and toss them on the ground, I still have to do that manually.
